This toner effectively removes oil and impurities from the skin while balancing its pH levels and controlling excess oil. Additionally, it can minimise the appearance of large pores.

How It Works
Obagi's Balancing Toner stabilises skin's delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clearer, more matte complexion. Witch hazel purifies and minimises pores, while sodium PCA provides lightweight hydration. Aloe vera and antioxidants soothe inflammation, even skin tone and protect against environmental aggressors.

Witch hazel can have potent antioxidant properties and some soothing properties, and also helps to remove excess oils. Antioxidants protect the skin against environmental impurities and stressors and prevent the visible signs of skin ageing. Aloe soothes and hydrates to prevent over drying.

How To Use It
After washing with Foaming Cleanser, pump 2 to 3 pumps of toner onto cotton pad. Smooth across face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Allow to dry before applying additional products. Use morning and evening.
If this product is sealed, please ensure the seal is intact prior to using the product.
