Astro LS10 Bulk Hot Melt Tank Overview
The Astro LS10 Bulk Hot Melt Tank is a reliable, all-electric system designed for manual packaging and product assembly. It features a Teflon®-coated 10 lb. tank and serves as a quick and economical alternative to tape, cold glue, and metal fasteners. This system can support one or two handguns/hoses.
User-friendly and easy to maintain, the LS10 only requires connection to an electrical outlet. Once connected and heated, the pump switch on the control panel activates the motor-driven pump. This positive displacement gear pump can deliver up to 45 pounds (20.4 kg) of adhesive per hour, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
The LS10 is also available as a with hose and hand gun.
The LS10 system is a direct replacement for the Slautterback® Little Squirt and is compatible with the Little Squirt hose/gun.
